Winter in Agnes Water

The Discovery Coast is not just a highlight for campers in the Summer, but even more so in Winter. The cooler days and crystal-clear nights are such a drawing point for many, many Traveller’s.

We know that you love the outdoors! Watching the first ray of sunshine peek through the trees, breathing in the fresh air, listening to the sound of the Kookaburra’s and anticipating a new day full of adventure, whilst overlooking the dam full of lily pads and sipping on a warm cup of tea.

You are almost guaranteed days of blue skies and sunshine at the Discovery Coast during Winter. I’m sure a lot of us locals would say:” This is my favourite season!” and we want to share our “favourite” season with YOU!

Explore one of the many walking tracks along cliffs, through rainforests or on untouched beaches. You may find yourself on one of the most amazing beaches, sitting back and watching the waves spill over rocks, whilst dreaming about your next adventure.

Agnes Water and Seventeen Seventy has a great variety of restaurants and bars, giving you the opportunity to indulge your taste buds. The Markets are always a great way to meet locals and purchase home-grown produce. Just remember Agnes Water is a small town off the highway. Not many places offer you such a warm welcome from locals, let you be close to the beach whilst staying on a spacious and relaxing bush property only minutes out of town. We would love to share a bit of our home with you and let you sit back and relax in our tranquil nature-campground.

After a picturesque drive into Agnes Water, you arrive at this quiet and peaceful bush camp. The perfect place to set up camp, away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to explore the entire Discovery Coast
